There is a quick way to raise vibration and heal.  Simply do the following:
1. Breath in deeply through you nose.
2. Hold for 5 seconds.
3. Let out from your mouth.
4. Repeat 5 times.
This will do two things immediately, first it with heal any pain you are feeling, second, it will raise your conscious vibrations into positivity...Dave.

These are the eleven things that can increase your vibration:

1. Make conscious changes in your lifestyle, beliefs, fears and judgments.
Use your intuition on this one, because you most likely now what things you’d have to change in your life in order to live in high frequency.

2. Music.
Music is one of the most amazing vibrational tools we have, because it crosses all boundaries and kind of side-steps the ego. The ego does not resist the high frequency of music. So when you use music you are causing your own vibration to entrain with the frequency of the music you listen too. So then it’s all about what music makes you feel good.

3. Spend time near people, places and things which hold a frequency in and of themselves.
Friends, nature (nature is in a state of non-resistance), animals. Anytime you are spending time around something with a higher frequency you are being caused to entrain that higher frequency.

4. Anything that is inspiring is going to raise your frequency. So read books that cause you to feel good about yourself and the world, watch movies that make you feel good and inspire you. Listen to spiritual teachers that inspire you and cause you to awaken to your own magnificence.

5. Exercise.
Physical movement not only causes energy to move through and oxygenate your brain, it stimulates the release of endorphins, which are frequency elevating chemicals (as witnessed by the way they move you into joy. Make sure that you do an exercise that you like doing, not one that you are forcing yourself to do, because that will counter you raising your frequency.

6. Aroma or color therapy.
Just like music causes you to entrain with the frequency of the music, aroma and color therapy causes you to entrain with the frequency of the color or the aroma.

7. Write in a gratitude journal.
The writing process is very good to help you hold high frequency, because the effort it takes to put a pen to paper will strengthen the vibration on which you focus. The state of appreciation is the same state of ‘the source’ it is pure vibrational love.

8. Spend time in water.
Light is the manifestation which holds the closest vibration to that of pure source energy. Water is 2nd to that, it’s vibration is so close to that of pure source energy that anytime you spend time in the water, you are bound to be resonate in a very close frequency to source itself.

9. Practice random acts of kindness.
Any time you are projecting and radiating love outwards, you are in a high vibration. It is one of the best things you can do to increase your vibration.

10. Inquiry
Any questioning you do will bring you to higher and higher levels of awareness and sets you free from the illusion of fear and limits. The more you know yourself and the more you get outside the box by being deeply introspective, the easier it becomes to permanently hold a higher frequency.

11. Laugh and smile.
Anything you can do or think or say or watch or be around that causes you to smile or laugh is automatically going to increase your vibration. Laughter is the byproduct of an increased vibration. So spend time really trying to seek out the things that cause you to smile and laugh. You’re going to have to dedicate yourself to happiness, and prioritize your own personal happiness above everything else if you really care to raise your frequency. When you do this you can’t afford the luxury of a negative thought. If you have one though, never resist it.

At random times you could do a scavenger hunt for positive aspects. You could drive around and approach the world like this ‘it is my dominant intention to look for things which I am wishing to see, which makes me feel good when I look at it’.

Note: Emotions are there to tell you what your frequency of vibration is. If you feel bad, you are in low frequency. Thoughts create emotions.

First) meditate to stop the thought instead of thinking positively, which is a higher gap: watch your thoughts without judging and discharge them by expressing those emotions

SUGGESTIONS:
1) make conscious positive changes in your lifestyle, beliefs, fears, and judgements (use your intuition on what these things are to change for a higher frequency of life
2) listen to music that makes you feel good
3) spend time with people who are in high frequency
4) anything that is inspiring will work (movie, spiritual teacher, any hobbies or anything you want to engage in doing)
5) excercise that you like to do
6) aromatherapy or color therapy
7) gratitude/ positive focus journal, or use a different focusing technique i.e. trying to focus on positive things on the street, maybe say it out loud
8) spend time in water
9) practice random acts of kindness (video titled challenge)
10) inquiry, be deeply introspective
11) laugh and smile: anything that makes you laugh or smile will raise your energy
12) dadicate yourself to happiness. Prioritise your personal happiness on everything else. But don't resist your negative thoughts. Recognize them, express them, and then move on to a neutral state, and then to a positive one.

Great video. Recently I gave up Facebook (long time coming) as I felt drained whenever I logged in - that's just my experience. Anyway, in place of mind-numbing scrolling, I've started reading novels again (something which I forgot I loved doing) and playing the ukulele again. Good times :)
