The Phisical SIM card could also be 'lost' inside the device. It happened to me once on a RUTX50. In the end I could get it out by shaking the device until the nano SIM was out.

Where can I view a list of Teltonika devices which support eSIM? I saw in the video that RUT241 supports it. Any other models?

Pretty confusing when comparing "eSIM Card" and "SIM Card" as if it would be tha same thing. I do not think that an embedded device should be called eSIM Card. Could you please answer the question that others have asked; What Teltonika devices which support eSIM?

With a physical SIM you can buy one, insert it and you’re away. With an eSIM you need internet access BEFORE you can buy one and install it.
