I have an iPhone 16 model LLA. It has a Nano sim (physical sim) and also ESIM. I verified the iPhone from apple support and it’s legit. But I’m confused why it has physical sim tray since it was stated the LLA model only uses the E sim. Is there an exception?

just bought this iphone 16 pro max with ZP/A model means it HK or Macau. Upon searching online those models from HK have physical dual sim, i even watch an iphone 15 pro max video about that. but right now im confused why the iphone 16 pro max sim card tray only fits 1 nano sim, while the other side of the tray do not have a spring which i saw from sim trays of iphone 15 pro max with two physical sim? does it mean that 16 pro max do not have a dual physical sim variant even it is an HK or i have to buy a sim tray that has the spring on the other side in order to activate my dual physical sim? i tried putting two sim but the other sim will not stay in place due to the lack of spring to support the sim in place in the other side of the sim tray. please help, the store staff literally does not know anything about this. been searching online and in facebook but cant find actual data about iphone 16 pro max ZP/A variant that confirms two physical sim.
