How to Resolve Maidesite Standing Desk Error Code: LOC

If the hand control displays an error code "LOC" on your standing desk, the columns can't go up/down. Long press the M key until a number appears.

For future reference, the reset rule of mine is to “hold on up and down at the same time for 5-10 sec”.

Thank you, saved me. Also just holding the M key (for me S key) did not work. I tried long press of combinations.
If for any other it may help. (I did long press S + 1 keys)

Some control panels use this:
Unlock= hold for 15 sec S + Down
Lock = hold for 15 sec S + Up

Holding the "M" key down for about 10 seconds (or until a number appears) reset it for me and allowed it to work. Before I did this, I unplugged it for 10 seconds and plugged it back in. However, the power reset didn't help on its own. But the power reset and holding the "M" key UNTIL A NUMBER APPEARS fixed it.

I have the 4 memory one and this does not help with the Loc error, any suggestion?

Mine has an "S" not "M" this did nothing... Tried multiple key combinations. Utter junk!

I have this problem but the m key doesn’t change loc back to numbers. The button on the back seemed to bring the loc up, but it won’t remove it either
