I feel like at this time we actually *can*, mostly because learning of doctor bright forces you to change your entire life to accomadate for his... Everything. Even if it's not traditionally a memetic hazard, your life would be so much easier if you could just not have to think about him. That and technically touching the amulet overwrites your mind, which COULD count as a memetic hazard.
