Dr. Bright! You Are Not From an Alternate Timeline!

Largely due to the fact that he is begrudgingly stuck being immortal, Dr. Bright is known to be a jokester from time to time at the SCP Foundation.
There is a list of things Dr Bright is not allowed to do at the foundation.

The craziest thing about this is that they still let him have things that would give him the ideas that would be another thing added to his "Can not do" list, if he's been watching you're done.

I like how Dr. Bright is not contained because "His loyalty to the foundation is unquestionable" and yet, he seems to spend every waking hour causing untold chaos within the foundation. Makes you wonder what untold things he does for the foundation's benefit that outweighs the chaos.
