There exists a list of things Dr Jack Bright is not allowed to do at the foundation. This video includes a compilation of those things.

Dr Bright rose to the top of his field in bioengineering and abnormal genetics. DrBright got recruited by the Foundation when they picked up his younger brother, SCP 590. Given SCP 963 to work with. Jack Bright Died. Came back. Has since been instrumental in work with several SCPs, and assisted in the refinement of many more. Dr. Jack Bright also answers to Doc , Dr. J , or "Oh god no."

Dr. Bright is a mad, yet brilliant researcher. I can't help but feel like if his skills weren't required, they'd just put the medallion into containment. Not like the guy would be going anywhere lol. But alas, his services are very much a necessity and his shenanigans have just become a part of dealing with him. Bright is cursed with eternal life and knowing that he will outlive everyone is probably why he is such a mischievous person.

Dr bright motto isnt actually wrong. He’s actually quite right with the names especially the 682 and d class one

Sounds like they should assign him another doctor as a partner. Who is in reality specialized in stopping Dr.Bright's actually dangerous shenanigans. Its would be part of his containment.

"Use bigger guns" actually seems like a good solution to a few of the foundation's anomalies.
I've never once, heard about an mtf using rockets on 106 or 173- I bet that would do some serious damage.
