The funny not funny thing with facebook is, if you say the wrong word they'll throw you in facebook jail or flag you, but can't catch a scammer. Their AI really isn't that smart.

I am sorry this happened to you! My abusive ex-husband was a hacker, so I was tortured for years with similar stuff. This is something he told me once, "You know how you keep something safe on the internet, don't have it on the internet!" No matter how encrypted things are if there is a determined hacker that wants in your stuff, you have no defense! Thank God for being with us through the hills and valleys!

Can’t be too hard on yourself. There are people who scheme all day doing this stuff. Social engineering is what they pulled on you and honestly no matter how smart you are, anyone can be influenced by it. The best thing you can do is just trust but verify and never skip the verify portion. Much of this is also on Facebook for allowing such a ridiculous vulnerability.

It is no coincidence that I “happened”upon your video. I’m so sorry you had to go through this. We just lost $1, 000 from a fb scam just this week. There were MANY lessons that God taught us, but the main one was about GREED! We were humbled, but we also felt empowered that God spared us from a lot worse and taught us a lesson.
