There are high quality eggs in America from people who lovingly & responsibly raise their own chickens. If you don't wash the eggs, it preserves their coating, so they don't require refrigeration. In Korea, there's a dish called yukhoe (육회) that is raw egg over high quality raw ground beef that we eat. It's delicious & perfectly safe.

Just raise your own chickens. I do and every egg looks deep orange bc I feed them well and they free range for bugs everyday of the year, even during winter. My babies first food last month was creamy lightly cooked egg yolk. You can definitely eat this in America. I get so many eggs a day from my little hens I give them away to neighbors - I’d gladly give some to you too! Come to Arkansas!

The eggs used for these are special with specific way of raising, feeding and keeping the chickens so eating the eggs raw would be completely safe. I think they even have a number system they put on the eggshell. This is what I read before since I was so confused how they keep eating things raw. You can't do this for all eggs.

As someone that loves egg-yolk, this looks so good to me. A lot of people here in the States are understandably put off by raw eggs, but I’d really love to try it one day.

To anyone who’s saying they won’t eat this because it’s not their thing that’s okay 👌 it’s different cultures so you don’t have to if you’re not comfortable
(But these will not give salmonella due to the way they’re pasteurized)

Japanese eggs are washed very properly(in large factories using mostly water+some type of soap if I remember correctly) since most salmonella are found on the shell. Washing the shell kills the bacteria, significantly decreasing the likelihood to get food poisoning from raw egg. You can find more accurate data on how many eggs carry residue of salmonella after the washing from japanese studies, but off of the top of my head I think it was like up to 3 in 1000, so 0, 3%

I eat that in America at least twice a week! I make it myself! All you need is rice, eggs, seaweed, and whatever you like to garnish.

You said in one of your shorts that you were able to eat Japanese Milky and creamy foods because the quality of their milk is way better. Would the eggs be the same? 😊
