The bow flex they do have a set that goes up to 90

The 552s have been a workhorse for me for a decade. I really like the 2.5lb selector option at lower weights. They do ‘stick’ occasionally, but it is always a quick fix to get back to lifting.

As a small not so strong woman I would be tempted to take the nuobell mostly for its smaller form factor at smaller weight. I don't think I'll ever need 50lbs so if they can be easier to hold and use at 20lbs, that's my pick. Thanks for the comparison!

Nuobells look much sturdier r and don’t look ridiculous with just 20 lbs on the bar.

This isn’t even close to a fair fight. Nuobell are one of the best at all price points, and bow flex are close to the worst.
