How Select Which Monitor A Program Will Open In (Dual Monitors)

Instructions on how to open a program on a second monitor.

1) Open up the program
2) Restore Size (make it smaller)
3) Drag the program to the desired monitor
4) Close Program (DO NOT MAXIMIZE)
5) Reopen Program

just so you guys know, if you want to move an application to another monitor you can do that with (windows+shift+right arrow or left arrow) game needs to be in windowed borderless mode or will only move a black box

It should be this way:
On whichever monitor I am starting an application, it should be opened on that monitor.

It is so annoying when I start an app and it opens on another monitor.

works 100% I wanted to open synology's surveilance station on my second monitor and now it does that after boot ;) thanks

THANK YOU! Mine randomly switched sides and I couldn’t figure out why or what I did to make that happen. Back to normal and my sanity has been restored.
