Perfect! I realized that you need to make sure the window is completely outside the monitor you don't want it to open. Then you just close it and the next time you open your application, it will be opened in the desired monitor. Thanks for the tip! Cheers!!!

Great tutorial! Also another good shortcut is make the program the active window then press windows+shift+ left or right arrow key. It will move applications to the next monitor by number.

There is always "Shift+Win +Arrow for direction" to move form one screen to another if you are moving them.

Doesn't work. i resize it on the correct monitor, then I close it. When it reopens it's on the wrong monitor and the wrong size.

What about Windows 10 force moving everything to the primary monitor during periods of inactivity? Because I have my computer set to not lock or hibernate and it still does this. Moves my icons around on my desktop randomly too. PITA.
