Great info. I had been reading about this recently which is why I watched your video. I have had kidney stones in the past. Also when i had my cac test it was 100 not sure if thats high but my dr said it was fine. I am trying to eat healthier foods with k2 but from what ive read fruit and veggies only have k1. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 😊😊
