Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make Baked Chicken Nuggets. This is a healthy alternative to deep frying. These nuggets are tasty and very quick to make.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1.25 lbs - 560g cut into 2 inch pieces
mixed with ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper and
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tsp

Egg - 1 large mixed with 1 tablespoon water, pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Breadcrumbs - 1 cup -
Garlic Powder - ½ tsp
Onion Powder - ½ tsp
Dried Thyme - ½ tsp
Dried Oregano - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Dip in egg mixture and then breadcrumb mixture. Place on a wire rack that is on a sheet pan. Bake on the top rack of your oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with ketchup, honey mustard or barbeque sauce.
