I'm 61, 2022 was a very bad year for me, my ex wife who I was married to for 37 years died from cancer, as well as a lot of other things, 3 weeks ago I got my black belt in BJJ I do MMA as well, I've done Martial arts all my life and I come from a well educated military family. Bruce Lee saved my life, I was badly bullied at school, I saw Bruce Lee's movies it changed my life. In 1989 I went to two Dan Inosanto, Larry Hartsell, and master Chai's seminars at the Brisbane YMCA Australia 🇦🇺. I've been sick twice in 38 years. Shi Heng Yi is another master sent by GOD to guide humanity 🙏 I'm so grateful thankyou.

He is an inspiration . Basically "Don't waste time trying to figure out why others envy, and hate; but rather spend time reflecting in YOURSELF how to become the change you seek to experience" . Don't wait for the new years to change or quit a bad habit, start in the MOMENT of realization there's a better way, it can START now.. Every moment can become a point of time we can find the strength and courage to overcome ... Know thyself, there are no limits to the power you hold & can choose to ACT on.
