I met some, growing up in my neighborhood my Tibetan neighbors had some arrangement that they would stay over for about 3-4 months for whatever reason. Super nice dudes and yes very strong. I saw them stop a little kid on a bike while it was going very fast (he was going too fast and lost control of the petals). The monks were all between the 50-80 i think. I never asked them their ages. I was like 8 yrs old lol
