Question : In general is career training cost admissible As say future cost in a slip And fall If you can no longer have the ability to continue the career you had up to the fall? I.E. : You were working outside with your hands/feet for a company that was not related to the lawsuit/injury But due to the fall/slip You are no longer able to do the same work ..Nerve damage Or continual 8 hour lifting Lesser weight able etc. The career you are better suited for. Say office clerk Or a less physical job that requires training not paid by the company. - First aid Whmis, Exel, Bookkeeping ect.. My husband just had a slip & fall. He broke his humorous 🦴 bone & needed screws to hold in place. You would love my case...5 stairs a turn and 9 stairs hardwood varnished floors in a rental ..no handrails nothing and no wall on one side...broken elbow in 3 places screws and a plate 1 year est in in my area in canada anything more than 3 stairs by the ontario building code must have a hand railing or banister... my only worry is the townhouse i rent is 50+ years old and if it applies to buildings of that date reguardless .. i took video of the staircase and mesured th steps working on a law office soon
