Awesome great in-depth review. The QC45 is a dealbreaker because of the lack of features. The Sony Xm4 has everything except for comfort for my ears and head. That's where the QC45 is leading. But currently, it hasn't anything else that is actually worth mentioning.

PS! What's up with the background music. It actually disturbs the video and I can't hear you that clearly. If you wanted to have it in the video, the sound of the music should have been a bit lower.

Wonderful review, presentation and production. Even though the Sony's beat the Bose in a number of categories, build-quality, longevity and customer service matter. The Sony's break where the headband connects with the ear cups. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

When this happens after a year, you're out of luck and it's $279-$329 down the tubes. Bose has the best customer service, and always honors their headphones well after the warranty has expired. That means a lot. Think of it this way: Would you rather own out of warranty....a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or a Lexus LS500?

This review needs to be update after a year of software upgrades. Bose has equalizer. Now. I personally find them more comfortable.

Hello! I have Sony Sony WH-1000XM4. When I turn on noise canceling in a quiet environment, I hear a soft but noticeable white noise that doesn't exist in reality. How is it with Bose 45?

The ear cups are to shallow compared to bose. Find the bose way more comfortable.

word of advice. If this is suppose to compare the QC45 don't show that what you have connected to the phone is QC35 ii. They're not even the same connect app.
