JAPANESE STREET FOOD TOUR - Tsukiji Outer Market Tokyo, Japan

Tsukiji market was the world's largest fish market in Tokyo, Japan. But it has moved. The outer street food market is still thriving and a food lovers paradise! There is soo much seafood and various kinds of street food. In this video we took a tour of it on the busiest day of the year on our Tokyo trip. It was December 30, right before New Year's Eve. I enjoyed so much Japanese street food and I can't wait to visit again.

Came to Japan on July 24th - August 6th. When I made the itinerary and researched places to go to, there were many individuals who stated on social media websites that Tsukiji market had closed down so I went to Toyosou fish market. Toyosou was a disappointment when I went there due to there not being any stalls/street markets, and the high end sushi that I paid for ($50-60 usd) was overloaded with wasabi.


Thank you for sharing your video since I now know that there is an outer market for Tsukiji and I will 100% go to this one than Toyosou: next time I come to japan.
