First time I hear of this one and glad it came from this channel. To me, this seems absolutely something I would not want in my system, calories or not.

I wish I knew about artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols and even what I used to think for the longest time as the more “innocent” Splenda that I consumed for most of my life thinking those were the “healthier” options.

Same goes for all the deceiving marketing behind “heart healthy” seed oils and many other common misconceptions I would’ve never heard of had I not gotten sick. I try to preach all of this to people I care about, but no one believes me. Then again, why take any word from a sick person I guess.

Thank you for bringing attention to another potential toxin before we hear about it from a more biased promotional ad or food packaging.
