Well done! Just picked up the X-Touch to add to the Midas MR18. Been using the MR18 for small events. Usually Large digital consoles (Yam M7 CL / Midas M32 / Soundcraft Si) get used on most shows. However, last Sunday went with the MR18 for a Folk Trio, but iPad over wifi and Laptop over ethernet controlled. This Trio had quite a few instruments (Bass drum & Bass guit / Keyboards & Accordion / Fiddle and 3 vocals / 3 monitor mixes with 4 monitors), the MR18 performed flawlessly (external ASUS router) in front of 500 people...however the iPad is a little tricky. We immediately ordered the X-Touch Monday morning... picked it up from distributor on Wednesday and tried it out. Simply AMAZING. We now have another 16mic +2 st in / 8 out mixer that IMHO beats the Yamaha LS9-16. I taped an Ethernet cable to an power extension chord, rolled it back onto the plastic reel and ready to lay it out to FOH position like a digital snake. 

A BIG thanks to you is for spotting that DJ Controller case !! Wow !! Well done !!! That'll be the next purchase !

Please can I ask - in a live situation what part does the x touch play? Can you connect is wirelessly like the iPad and Mac to the router you purchased?

Is it possible to connect the xr18, the x touch and my laptop all via CAT5 to a router? Will they work togheter? I want to use the x touch while I'm working in the X air edit program on my laptop. How can I get this done? Nice video!
