Plot twist - It was all written by the same person but they had several different personalities

Most likely the book's owner was a girl and her brother added his responses to the book by crossing off stuff and adding a different answer
(or the sister would also cross stuff off the brother has written).
As stated by another subscriber, a lack of poop, gun, and toilet humor is absent and you see a bunch of Hannah Montana and iCarly responses. Plus, in the shoe response, the answer was Uggs.
