My dad is an ENTJ and everything you've said here is so true, he was a horrible control freak and a horrible father. The most kind thing he ever did was disappear after physically and mentally abusing my mom, me, and my siblings for years.
He ended up reappearing in our lives because he wanted to reconcile for how horrible he was, he truly feels horrible now in his older age. We've forgiven him but he's still the same cruel person.

The ENTJ's here saying that "these aren't weaknesses" aren't considering the fact that maybe you (ENTJ's) are just more mentally stable and mature. These are real flaws I promise you, maybe you don't have them because of the standard of fairness you hold for yourselves, but consider others using your comments to justify their narcissistic tendencies. I know ENTJ's hate it when their words get twisted, which is why I'm saying it here. If it doesn't apply to you then why waste time and energy trying to act like everything he spoke about in detail was incorrect and not potentially a common weakness for other ENTJ's.

I give you an almost perfect score. A+ but I had to doc you points for one flaw. You say we don't like finding out we are wrong, no. We love that! If we find out we are wrong then we learn.

What we hate almost more than anything is when someone inaccurately says we are wrong. Then we are obligated to correct them with logic and reason and then the wrong person will double down. We love correction because we love perfection. How can you get to absolute perfection without correction? You can't. We hate the double down of the Dunning Kruger noobs who think they are right from terrible calculations and analysis. And a laissez-faire perspective. They just talk but no real thoughts are coming out.

i think it all depends on your societal role/job, some of these are not really a weakness if presented with a scenario that calls for that action

Goals should be based on facts. And If you have a better solution it must stand up to scrutiny, or it’s not a better solution (which is why INTJs are lovely).
Intimidation: it’s only a weakness If you concern yourself with the feelings of others’ in general. It’s a you-problem, not a me-problem.

Number 3 is the most frustrating one for me, I will plan a head, have a schedule in advance to complete tasks and for it to be extremely efficient and I hear your too spontaneous... i just think a head and get things done

The only ACTUAL Weakness here is lack of emotional support. The rest are simply perceptions of the weak, because they don't understand us. And we don't even care if they do or not. In fact, just this morning my wife told me that the best piece of advice I ever gave her was... "FUCK YOUR FEELINGS!" Lol She has intense emotions sometimes and they have caused serious setbacks. The only true weaknesses that I can see for us ENTJs is allowing someone to derail us or becoming a full blown dictator like Stalin. There. I said it. No need to watch this video. I wanted to ask as an ENTJ female. I feel lonely. Alot often especially when i dont socialize. I want to build my own community of smart friendly social females. Am i the only one?? Is this related to the mbti personality or this is just who i am??.. i used to be INTJ-A and i loved being alone.. but that changed
