I've met an unhealthy INFJ once in my life, I was just an inch away from beating the shit out of them but they were so fucking good at playing the victim, meanwhile there's my best friend who's also INFJ and the sweetest person alive, (I'm an ISTP) if u meet an unhealthy INFJ don't even bother just leave them

The thing abt infj’s is that we will in every instance choose peace over war and cruelty. We rarely get mad for this reason, so in the 1% instance that we’ve been pushed to the point of rage it’s all over. It’s a combination of all the rage we’ve ever felt towards that person being snowballed into one outburst. We will not simply say mean things, we will say truthfully cruel things. Infj’s tend to read people a lot, it’s not something we can control. Because of that we notice all the little things someone does and if they truely push us to that point, we can use it against them. It will be as though all of your flaws are being directed back towards you because they are things that we noticed but never made mention of because it didn’t bother us at the time until it became relevant to our rage. But trust, if we get mad, it is typically justified. We are very forgiving people, and we will analyze a situation to understand beyond our own perspectives and biases. But if you have wronged us repeatedly to the point where we see you as morally dubious and inherently a negative or harmful person, we won’t hold back. -an infj who loves explaining these things

I’m an INFJ. I almost never get angry but when I do, I would’ve probably studied the, so much that it’s quite easy to break them. The real way I save problems however, is by distancing myself from the person that made me angry.
