Just made this, for the people asking: I boiled the potatoes (slightly before instructions, in my case 10 min instead of 12) and then put the oven on 200C and then baked them for about 30 - 40 mins, but you have to just check every now and then. Hopefully that helps. Make them quite flat after boiling, will make them crunchy.
