►1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped, plus more to garnish
►1 1/2 Tbsp capers, chopped
►1/2 cup mayonnaise
►1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

OMG!! I just made this!! Absolutely scrumpdillyishses... Or however you want to say/spell that, lol. Very good potato salad. My new favorite for sure!
Note: I was out of fresh dill, so I substitute by adding pick juice right from the jar. Worked well. Flavors blended perfectly.

My grandmother and mom always made use homemade mashed potatoes for their potato salad, they added pimento, pickles, onion and mayonnaise it was always so good but my husband’s mom made hers with chunky chopped potatoes, can’t wait to try your version ❤
