Fantastic advice. These are simple tips that require little effort but the results are enormous. We are digging our graves with our teeth! Improve your diet, stay hydrated, exercise and eat fruit and veg. Its not hard, but most of us choose to ignore it. Madness!!!

Yesterday, I happened to eat salted dried fish. At once I my left back suddenly become stiff. I guess my kidney has toxins due to eating salty fish. I have not eaten any salty food in ages. Just one day I made a mistake, I could feel stiffness on my back. I started taking plenty of water and also drink lime water. My back stiffness has reduced in a day. I do hope I will be able to detoxify my kidney soon.

Thank you for the tips doctor. I found out my microalbumin is now at 320 from last time 260. With a GFR of 90. I think the reason why it was so elevated was because the last few months I've been drinking a lot more of the MIO water flavor enhancer instead of soda thinking it's a healthy alternative. After doing some research, I realized what exactly is inside those poisonous bottles. If I follow the tips in this video, is there a chance to reverse the progression?
