I think the vlog style videos are some of my favorites. All the behind the scenes footage as well as interactions with other pitmasters. It really gives an insight to the life of barbecue. And I know it must break up the monotony of having to create new recipes or restructure old recipes

We hit them up while in town on a crawl. They burned the bread pudding that morning so they took it off the menu right before service started. We had some of everything else and it was fan-tastic!!!

Gotta try that bbq! Never felt comfortable going past Lockhart for bbq here. I still think Luling is damn good! Especially the sausage.
