Newer Kpop fans probably don't know, but Jaejoong's fan meeting is very touching for multiple reasons. When he debuted as a member of TVXQ in 2003, he was almost immediately given the title "Visual Shock" by fans because of his strikingly good looks, and his visuals were marketed very heavily even though he was also one of the main vocalists of the group. When this fan meeting happened in 2018, he had been blacklisted from all mainstream media in Korea and Japan for 8 years because of his lawsuit with his former agency, SM Entertainment, and decided to try and keep pushing on as a solo artist in Japan instead of leaving the idol industry altogether. So to have this blind woman acknowledge the power of his voice and his music, after so many years of being recognised mostly for his visuals and not being able to promote his music properly - it must have meant the world to him.

the way im crying too since soobin...i always felt the same way, since idols have been there when we felt alone, i feel as if we should repay, not because its a must since they give us great music, but with happiness to let them know and kindness in our heart....They go out of their ways to be idols, to strive upward to be there for their fandom, when the fandom feels alone. The Leaders are there for their other bandmates, and I cant help but to feel this immense of love to show them that i appreciate going towards big goals, and making music to where i and other people dont feel alone and can enjoy. I hold them close to my heart, and i feel like i should be there for them when they are low and alone like how they are for us. So I'm there for whether I dont know that idol or not. If someone tells me that this idol, or person is goin through alot, of course im by their side, especially since i know they made the stand to become something thats hard striving for.
