My issue with this prank is - imagine the amount of stress she is under, being in a very popular yet still rookie group, to maintain her/IVE's image. And one of the most damning image scandals lately has been situations where idols have been found to mistreat staff/acting arrogantly behind the scenes. This is the exact type of situation where, if a staff member wanted to get revenge on an idol, they could use it as an example/twist the narrative in a way that could easily be corroborated by other staff to claim the idol was acting rudely towards them or taking advantage. Just not funny tbh and she was probably scared of the impression it would make.
