I'm thirteen, and doing a 6 hour race tomorrow! Hoping to run over 42 miles! Good luck with your training.

Edit: I ran 37, and placed 2nd overall. Went out in 7:20s for the first half marathon, and payed for it later. Gotta work on that pacing😂

Excited to see you go on the sub 2:30 grind, and sick to see an awesome sponsor. It would be nice to see a video on your regular diet/grocery haul, so we can see more of the food you fuel with on a regular basis to support your workouts. It has been over 2 years since the last one, so would be exciting to see if any staples have changed since then.

I am into my prep for my marathon at the end of January. Not gonna be as fast like yours, but I am aiming for a sub 3h30 (my PB is 3h39) so I want to be cautious but if being ambitious I would like to aim for sub 3h20. It will be good to follow up your training to get some inspiration for my workouts.

This time I have decided to follow up one of Strava marathon plans. Maybe I will mix it up as it goes seeing how I feel.

Haha, the speed detector detected your speed. 11-12 mph is about 5-5:30 pace. Nice work!

You should look at the Norwegian Method to training. Jakob Ingebrigtsen is a firm follower of it.

Hey man! You've been a big inspiration. I live in Long Beach and am signed up for that same surf city marathon! It'll be my first ever marathon. Been running that shoreline village/belmont shore route to prep for it! hoping to one day see you out there and say hi!
