I have the spark for the exact reasons. I travel weekly, the spark comes with me. The rest cant due to size. The sparks video is downsampled from a higher res (which is noticeable), and I can flatten the images in post to make things easy (DJI’s raws arent much more than that sadly anyway). The batteries being usb rechargable are a huge plus!
And when you’re out there and you pull the toy drone out, youre scoffed at like its a toy, so you get completely left alone flying it anywhere. Now that people know what a phantom/mavic/inspire is, in Australia you’ll have someone either approach you, or a ranger fine you pretty quickly. The spark - no problem.

My ONLY issues with it, is being a seasoned quad user, how far the spark will let you fly in not the worst conditions is limited (as in you will run into interference faster than your bigger birds). The other thing is due to the size, wind can really bully it if you dont fly smart. But its expect at that size and weight.

Brilliant drone, not a lot of people need more than it. Great vid Lok

I miss this guy Lok (and these guys -- Kai, Alamby et al); it's them that started me watching and eventually subscribing to many youtube channels now, with DigitalRev. I eventually found Tony Northrup and the rest is history. Its that many channels now that I follow that It's just once in a while I get to see Loks own channel.Glad you have the Spark. I too bit the bullet early Dec 2017 with the flymore combo and so far happy with it!
