I think it is a conflict of interest to give a cash bonus to those on the driver advisory committee because that seems like a bribe or payoff. I think they should pay them a regular contracted rate for their services not a one time bonus. In any event, their time is certainly worth more than $1000. Those drivers with 20, 000 trips are about due for a new vehicle, so I think that is deserving of the $10, 000 bonus so they can reinvest in a new car because theirs is probably about dead from all those trips.

Why drivers  and riders have to suffer every time ..
Here's some ideas,
1, everyone turn off uber, between 5pm to 7pm every day. Or drive lyft .
2, no need fare increase, just split 71/29 clearly.
3, display dispatchers profile and pictures, just like a driver's.
It only works if we all do it togeter !!
