Multiply or Release - Custom Engine (Updated Again) - Match #7

Match #7 of my custom-built version of Multiply or Release using JavaScript. No need for Algodoo!

VERSION 1.1.1 CHANGE LIST
- Added Charge Shot (Charge up for awhile, then release shots all at once)
- Added Defense (Sets off a large, slowly expanding bomb near cannon)
- Limited number of bombs released to 128
- Removed "Free Release"
- Relabeled "More Growth" to "More x2"
- Made "x10" a little smaller
- Increased gravity on balls by 20%
- Generate team colors instead of using hard-coded values
