A Egyptian recipe I love:
- roast the orzo till it starts getting brown
- add water and a chicken Maggi cube, or chicken stock, cook it as you would cook rice
- fry some chicken breasts (any size you want), put spices u want on the chicken, dip into an egg, I use non sweet mashed cornflakes for more crunch and flavour, fry
- cut up some cucumbers and tomatoes
- mix the orzo and the veggies cut the chicken in cubes and add it
- Y’all come eat!

My grandparents lived next door to me while I was growing up. My grandfather fished every Friday. So my grandmother cooked fish every Friday. We never had real French bread she always made hamburger garlic bread! She kind of mashed hers down a bit before cooking them. Changed the flavor a bit! For the good! I sure miss those Friday nights! 😊❤
