1. Butter into pan to deglaze stuck bits in pan
2. Add shallots
3. Add a bit of white whine
4. Add stock cube
5. Some whipping cream
6. Pepper
7. Dijon mustard

Using bacon fat to fry the chicken is the number 1 biggest tip I could give anyone. Even if you change nothing about how you normally fry a chicken breast, just using bacon fat instead of oil has a huge impact on the taste. It doesn’t even have to be much, just that slight change in flavor really brings out the best in the chicken, makes it taste a lot more savory.
