1 settings par Jao
2 phir Apps par click karo
3 yaha par google drive par click karo
4 phir Mobile data & Wifi par click karo
5 phir 2 option ko on kardo yaha par
1 background data
2 unrestricted data usage
En dono options ko on kardo
Phir drive app mein Jao download option available Hoga

for those who doesnt have unrestricted data option on phone try this!

long tap your google drive apps and then go to data usage and make sure you turn on "Background Data"! and it fixed 👍🏻
