Tap on this three dotted icons here and if you see there is download option. That means I will be able to download this photo in my phone. But if I open another photo for example this one. Tap on this three dotted icons here. Then in this case if you see there is no download option. I will not be able to download this photo to my phone and what is the reason for this one is because this photo is already present in your phone. You might not know where is this photo available but if you scroll down, you will see it is in my device and it is present in screenshots folder that is present in DCIM folder. That means this photo is already available in my phone that is why there is no download option here. Now suppose if I delete this photo from my device then let us see what happens. OK. I deleted the photo. This is the photo. Now again let me tap on this three dotted icons here and now in this case you can see there is download option. Now I will be able to download this photo from Google photos to my phone. So this is the reason why there is no download option for photos that is present in the Google photos.
