There is two ways to prepare adobo; you can saute or boil the condiments till you get a a sauce. You can also put sugar

i think the right mixture of adobo sauce is for every 250 grams of pork meat is to use an 8 oz of clear drinking glass pour 25 percents of vinegar and 75 percents of soy sauce into it but this is after you pour and stir the pork meat on slightly fried garlic stir after 5 minutes and put the laurel leaves and again let simmer for 10 minutes.

When cooking adobo of any kind be sure to balance the vinegar and the soy sauce .If you put too much vinegar then it is too sour or if you put too much soy sauce it will turn out too salty! that's why it is important for the ingredients to be balance. The black pepper is always there. Some people put a lil bit of brown sugar to it but that's just anyone's preference. My preference is I put a lot of mince garlic.
