Legs + HIIT Cardio

Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the following exercises that you can in 2-minutes. Then rest for 1-minute. Complete 4 total rounds.

20 - Band Alternating Side Steps (10 each side)
5 - Burpees
20 - Pulsar Squats
5 - Burpees
