-Wrap band around your foot
-Laying on your stomach, use your leg muscles to bring yourself into a light quad stretch
- At this point, use your arms/band to pull yourself into a deeper stretch
- At this point spend 3 seconds at a strong stretch, then straighten your knee sightly to relax the stretch
- Repeat 10x
