Ramadan Mubarak!! I hope you guys are all safe and in the best of health. How is your Ramadan so far?
I said I was going to post a youtube video within 2 weeks, and so here I am, 2 weeks later, fulfilling that promise! Yay me!
I can't lie, I feel like all I have been doing is scrolllllinnnngggg through tiktok. I'm obsessed with the foodie posts. These videos really have me inspired to try new recipes this Ramadan, insha'Allah. I stumbled upon flakeysalt on tiktok and although I've made brownies before and this isn't really something new, I still HAD to try out this recipe! My family loved them and so did y'all on snapchat - follow me on there, if you aren't already :p @qumaan (shameless plug). Anyways, my fams asked for some more brownies, so I figured I would record it this time for you guys. IDK if it was because I was recording or what, but I KEPT MESSING UP!
1. If you are using salted butter, you obvs don't need the added salt.
2. Make sure you add the espresso to the first bowl (the one with all the dry ingredients: cocoa powder + flour).

Ingredients you'll need:
Fudgey Brownies-
3/4 cup (170g) butter, melted
1.25 cups (282g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (73g)flour
3/4 cup (80g) cocoa pow
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
1.5 tsp (2g) instant espresso
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (10g)vanilla extract
4oz (113g) dark chocolate chopped
