The Fudgiest Brownie You'll Ever Have! | Fudgy Twix Brownie

• Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 200g Twix chunks

• Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 175°C. Line and grease baking tray.
2) Whisk together butter, oil and sugars in medium bowl till combined.
3) Add eggs and vanilla till light in color.
4) Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt together in a bowl. And add to the mixture and fold.
5) Fold in 3/4 of Twix chunks.
6) Pour batter in tray and cover the top with the remaining Twix.
7) Bake for 25-30 min till just set in center.
8) Allow brownie to cool in tray for 15 min and then fully cool out of tray.
