Sweet potato too😢 I haven’t had them in a long time, but I miss them. I knew about white potatoes. Dried split peas, as in pea soup?Yellow taste best . 😢

For some reason, I can get away with a reasonable portion of red potatoes with the starch washed off and made into mashed potatoes. Glucose only goes to 120 mg/dl. They were good with Thanksgiving turkey.

Sweet potatoes 😢 I remember this same doctor told us we should boil the sweet potatoes for at least half of an hour then we could eat them because they DOSENT spike blood sugar. I love you doc but who do we believe. You are all confusing us now. Only God is true and sure. I’m just
