USS Zumwalt (DDG-1000) is a guided missile destroyer of the United States Navy. She is the lead ship of the Zumwalt class. Zumwalt has stealth capabilities, having a radar cross-section akin to a fishing boat despite her large size. It is designed as multi-mission ship with a focus on land attack.

Video includes shots of the ship at pier, ship's bridge, living quarters, barber shop, gym, galley, bathroom, general life onboard, and launching of a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB), and other shipboard activities.

AiirSource Military covers events and missions from the United States Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.

Facilities on this ship are far better than most tourist cruise liners. Well done to the Navy…looking after crew is the most important weapon you can have.

I spent 3 years on the deck plates helping to build this ship and 2 years in the planning development. It's nice to look at it again.

Navy humor. The video shows sailors eating lunch then it immediately cuts to video of the toilet.

It would be fun to eat while no one can detect your presence.

My dad was a retired barber when he passed away years ago... he would have been happy to see that barber pole on one of the most advanced ships in the world

She looks like she could either submerge or fly. Plus it's bloody cool that she's almost invisible on radar - of course, depending on what kind of radar is being used. But we gotta get some WD40 on those stern doors though... woah. LOL.

I have to say that the US Armed Forces does a good job of making your deployment as comfortable as possible. Seems like it, it seems. I was in the Army and enjoyed my time with that arm of the military. Killer looking ship!

Such captivating commentary. Showing the toilet twice was a stroke of brilliance. All those people starring at the ceiling while the door opened screams “Pulitzer.” There is even a “It’s a small world tour at 3:29.
