Good source of omega 3 which is good for your heart. I prefer them in the The water because eating the oil is not good for the arteries. I can add my own mustard and hot sauce. I open up two cans drain then add them to a bowl put my mustard ketchup and I use Frank's hot sauce or Tabasco mix it up tuna spread on a cracker .

Lol I never bought these in my life. I’ve always been too afraid to buy them and try them. As an adult however when I was younger, my grandpa used to eat these all the time but he would eat the ones in the tomato sauce something and the ones in mustard. I definitely remembered liking to taste the ones he had and mustard or Ritz crackers.
