You Will Never Look at Stress the Same Way Again

We will all experience stressful situations. It's a biological function of the human body. But, it's HOW we respond to those moments that will determine our health, our mental health, the quality of our relationships, and the level of our success. If we accumulate, stuff down, and internalize stress, we'll explode. If we can let go and stay present, we can rise above anything.
Just like how lifting weights puts stress on our muscles, mental stress can actually make us stronger and more able to endure greater challenges and achieve greater success. The more we embrace stress, the more we can grow. The more we grow, the less stressed we feel. In today's YouTube video, I talk about the nature of stress, why it's on the rise, how to use it, and how to lose it.
