In this video I give you the exact formula to getting over your fear of rejection. Your fear of rejection is the reason why you're not living the life you day dream of so its time to overcome it. First I explain what is a fear of rejection, then I go into my 4 part framework. The first part tells you to stop taking things personally. The second part of the framework is shifting into the "maybe" mindset. Thirdly you have to reframe 'no' and the fourth part is your homework aka go out there and SEEK rejection! That is such great advice that I've been seeking. The game of getting a "No!" is really important in business as well, which is where I will use this. I'm interested in sales so the notion that a rejection is also a win is great (for example, I've made an effort to connect, introduced myself to someone and they rejected me now but they may remember me in the future.)
