How to make a no bake Nutella Lotus cheesecake! This recipe is so easy and delicious. The base is thick and buttery, made with caramelised biscuits, the cheesecake filling is super creamy.
This is one of my most popular dessert recipes of all time, so I just had to bring you a full-length tutorial. We always save a little room for dessert at home and if you're a Nutella Lotus lover, you do not want to miss this one.

ingredient:

400 g biscuits
110 g melted butter
We make bain marie
20 g gelatin powder
120 ml water
600 g full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
350 g full-fat cream, room temperature

I halve the ingredients:
120 g Biscoff spread, melted
1/3 cup milk

120 g Nutella
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk

Decorations:
Biscoff spread, melted
Nutella
Tin Size:
I used an 10" (25cm) springform pan
