A step forward to achieve your much wanted front split. If you are about to watch this video is because you've mastered the beginners version and are now ready to move to the next step.
To achieve a front split you need a good flexibility which I’ll help you improve safely.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE WARMED UP BEFORE DOING THE EXERCISES.

Your video is great, I am one inch from the split in both sides. At 64 years old the body is less flexible, but I can do.

Thank you so much I've been working on my splits for a year but I took a lot of time off and had to start all over. Your videos have helped me a lot. I've been doing beginners and intermediate. I am seeing a huge difference. My front leg went down and my hip are like 1 inch away from the ground. So thank you again 🙏🏼🤍

Today I finally was able to do the split with this video, I've doing the middle split one every other day, and today I decided to do this one and I could finally do the split with my left leg in front, the other way I still can't, but still I'm really happy. Thanks for your video Alessia :)

When do you know you reached the intermediate level? How many inches from the floor? This routine looks fabulous, and there are a few stretches that I haven't come across before.

I so love/ hate your workouts 🤣. But seriously your workouts seem to be the only ones that work for me. You wouldn't believe how much you changed my life and especially my posture. So grateful I can workout with you. And today I was even able to do the split on one side. Almost gave up. Didn't think it would be possible at my age. I just did this exercise and it wasn't easy. I'm hoping to get my splits by the end of this year. It will be an achievement for me cz for a long time I have been wanting to do splits. I will follow this video daily. Thanks for uploading.
